Online Banking

Login to access your checking, savings, and loan transaction histories, make loan payments or transfers, check pending debit card transactions, pay bills, track your spending, set savings goals, send money, order new checks or a copy of a check, check your credit card balances, apply for a loan, download transactions to Quicken and more!

New to online banking?  Use your account number as your initial UserID and your TeleLink PIN as your initial password. For your security, you will then be prompted to verify additional identity information and choose a new user ID and password during your initial log in. If you don’t have a TeleLink PIN, stop in at any financial center or contact us at 1.800.388.2000 for alternative options.

Mobile Banking

With AmeriCU’s mobile banking (with FREE apps for iPhone, iPad and Android), you can check account balances, confirm transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, view debit card holds, and locate AmeriCU’s nearest branch or ATM – right from your smartphone. We also have a mobile app for credit cards!


BIG BLUE allows AmeriCU members to perform most routine banking transactions 24/7. If you have never tried an AmeriCU kiosk, you’ll be impressed by what BIG BLUE can do for YOU – access your accounts; pay your mortgage, loans, and/or credit cards (with or without your VISA check/debit card); transfer funds between shares; stop payments on checks; print official checks; make withdrawals; make deposits (will accept both checks and cash); deposit multiple bills at a time (up to 50); change your address information; print mini-statements; and pre-set your preferences for language, receipts and “fast cash” withdrawals!

Money Management Personal Financial Management Tool

Money Management is an easy to use tool that will help you simplify your financial life by enabling you to get a complete picture of your accounts from AmeriCU as well as over other financial institutions. With Money Management you can see all accounts, track and analyze spending, view graphics, budget, set goals, and set up email alerts, among other features. Log in to online banking today and see for yourself! Smart Deposit

With AmeriCU’s Smart Deposit you can deposit your checks safely and securely with your smartphone from anywhere – just by taking a picture! Smart Deposit is a feature within the AmeriCU Mobile Banking app. Need more info?

Pay People Person-to-Person Payment Service

Members may securely pay or receive payment from any individual with an account at ANY financial institution. You may request a payment from anyone or make fast, convenient payments anytime from your AmeriCU account using Pay People!


Pay bills from your checking account to virtually any payee you choose – credit cards, loans, mortgages or even your childcare provider. You can also schedule future or recurring payments and export financial information into Quicken or QuickBooks. Log in to online banking or sign in to the AmeriCU app now and give it a try! With eStatements you can access a monthly summary of your account information online, anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Eliminate unwanted paper and mail delays. You have to have access to Online banking and a valid email address on file with your account to sign up for eStatements. Once you are logged in to your account, click on “Additional Services” near the top of the main page, choose “Online Services” and follow the instructions. If at any time you decide to stop this service, just log back into Online Services, select “Additional Services” click on “Switch me back to paper statements”.  To access your eStatements you must first verify that you can open a .PDF document.  If you are unable to open the .PDF document you can download a free version of Adobe Reader by clicking here.


AmeriCU’s eALERTS allow you to set up automated notifications via a text message and/or email to alert you about your account activity. You can choose which eALERTS you want to receive and how you want to receive them.

Text Banking

Text banking allows you to check your account balances, see your last 5 transactions and transfer funds between accounts – all just by sending a text message from your phone! To sign up for text banking, log in to online banking, go to Additional Services and then choose “Text Banking & Alerts”.

Shared Service Centers

AmeriCU is among the 4,500+ credit unions that form a national network of Credit Union Service Centers. It’s a cooperative effort called “shared branching” that enables our members to make deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, transfer money between accounts, cash checks, buy money orders and even apply for a loan at any participating credit union location. TeleLink Automated Member Service Line

Members can call TeleLink at 800.232.4330 or 315.337.4373 any time to check account balances, see if checks have cleared, transfer funds, make loan payments and more. All you need is a telephone and your personal TeleLink access code.

Open a Deposit Product or Apply for a Loan

We’ve made it easier than ever for you to open new deposit products or apply for a loan – all from your computer! Log in to online banking, choose Additional Services, and then click on “Open a Deposit Product” or “Apply for a Loan” and follow the instructions on the screen.
