Connect with AmeriCU’s newest team of Member Relationship Advisors who are ready and waiting to help you with your banking needs and can offer you the latest and greatest AmeriCU products and services.

AmeriCU’s Virtual Financial Center allows you to perform virtually any service like you would at a physical AmeriCU location! Get financial advice from a dedicated Member Relationship Advisor; open new accounts or loans; get the service you need, through chat, audio, or video, and at your convenience!

Our Virtual Financial Center Team is available Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, and on Saturday 8:30 AM – 12 PM. SAM, our virtual chat service, remains available 24/7 at www.americu.org.

Appointments are not needed, and assistance is always available through our Live Chat service – which includes voice, and video chat options as well.

Yes! Same day appointments are typically available 3 hours out from the time you’re scheduling. Need to talk sooner? You can use our on-demand video call option by clicking the “Let’s Talk” button in the bottom right-hand corner of www.americu.org.

Absolutely! Chat, voice, and video calls are all options, and if you prefer you can schedule an appointment for a time that works best for you. Yes! We’ll also send you the link you’ll need to access your appointment when the time comes. You can opt to receive an SMS text or email confirmation.

AmeriCU uses Microsoft Teams for all virtual appointments – all you need is a web browser!

It’s recommended you connect a few minutes before your appointment begins to ensure you can log in and that your audio connects.

The virtual appointment will prompt if you’d like to turn your camera on, but you’re not obligated to! While the call is not recorded for video, the audio is recorded and transcribed for quality assurance.

If you lose the connection, you can relaunch your appointment using the original link that was provided to you. Your AmeriCU Member Relationship Advisor will stay on the line will you connect. If for some reason you are unable to launch your appointment you can send us a chat by clicking the “Let’s Talk” button in the bottom right-hand corner of www.americu.org.
