AmeriCU President and CEO Ronald Belle, and Nick Fabrizio, Chairman of AmeriCU’s Board of Directors, addressed the current membership on the credit union’s financial performance and successes in 2023 including:
AmeriCU demonstrates its commitment to education and community development by awarding ten scholarships to AmeriCU Members pursing higher education. Scholarship winners, joined by their families, were recognized during the annual meeting for their academic achievements, and pursuing their educational goals.

AmeriCU is a not-for-profit financial institution owned and governed by our members. Each year at our Annual Meeting, the membership of the credit union votes for members who will serve as Directors on our seven member, all-volunteer Board of Directors. Among other duties, the Board of Directors direct the affairs of AmeriCU according to all laws, regulations, requirements and sound business practices.
