1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this Peru Branch iPad Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is AmeriCU Credit Union, located at 4957 Commercial Drive, Yorkville, NY 13495 (“Sponsor”).  This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 9:00:00 am EST and ends on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6:30pm EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open to people eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry who submit an entry form in-person.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter (Free)

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter one (1) time by completing an official entry form in person at Sponsor’s Peru, NY location: 700 Bear Swamp Rd, Peru, NY 12972. No purchase or membership is necessary to enter or win.  The in-person entry method is the sole method of entry and does not provide any advantage or disadvantage, all entrants are subject to the same entry limits, verification procedures, and odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Apple iPad 11-inch Model, 128GB, Blue.  No cash equivalents, substitutions, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except if the stated prize is unavailable, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

The ARV for the prize is $321.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about May 14, 2026 but no later than ten (10) business days following the end of the Sweepstake Period, Sponsor or its designee will conduct a random drawing of one (1) winner from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail using the contact information provided at entry.

9. Winner Response Deadline

If a potential winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Prize Fulfillment

Prize will be picked up in person or mailed to the address provided by the winner. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, winners may be requested to consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes. Such consent is not a condition of winning and may be granted or withheld in the winner’s sole discretion. Any use of a winner’s photograph, video, or likeness will require the winner’s separate, express written authorization.

12. Fair Play

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, or otherwise violating these official rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised.

13. Winners List

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this 2026 Youth Month Grand Slam Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is AmeriCU Credit Union, located at 4957 Commercial Drive, Yorkville, NY 13495 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to AmeriCU Credit Union Members who are legal residents of the State of New York and who are eighteen (18) years of age or younger as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period (“Eligible Youth Member”). Eligible Youth Members include individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and individuals under the age of eighteen (18) (“Minors”). References to Parent/Guardian requirements apply only to Minors.

Eligible Youth Members, who are Minors, must have permission of, and be entered by, their parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”). By submitting an entry on behalf of a Minor, the Parent/Guardian agrees to these Official Rules on behalf of the Minor and represents that they have the legal authority to do so. Any prize awarded to a Minor will be awarded to the Parent/Guardian for the benefit of the Minor.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and sweepstakes agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on May 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period. All methods of entry are treated equally and provide an equal chance of winning. No method of entry requires a purchase, payment, account deposit, or account opening.

Method 1 – Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the online entry form available at americu.org/youth-month. A Parent/Guardian must submit an entry for any Minor.

Method 2 – Youth Savings Deposit Entry (Optional)

During the Sweepstakes Period, an Eligible Youth Member (or Parent/Guardian, if applicable) may submit one (1) Sweepstakes entry by making a deposit of any denomination into an existing AmeriCU Youth Savings account. No deposit is required to enter or win, and making a deposit does not increase the chances of winning.

Method 3 – Open a Youth Savings Account (Optional)

During the Sweepstakes Period, an Eligible Youth Member (or Parent/Guardian, if applicable) may submit one (1) Sweepstakes entry by opening a new AmeriCU Youth Savings account. No account opening is required to enter or win, and opening an account does not increase the chances of winning.

Regardless of method of entry, all entries are subject to the same entry limits, verification procedures, and odds of winning.

No cash equivalents, substitutions, or transfers of prizes are permitted, except if the stated prize is unavailable, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner (or Parent/Guardian, as applicable).

The approximate retail value of each prize ranges from $3 to $31. The total ARV of all prizes is approximately $1,100.

2026 YOUTH MONTH SAVINGS CHALLENGE

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, ACCOUNT DEPOSIT OR ACCOUNT OPENING IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, ACCOUNT DEPOSIT OR ACCOUNT OPENING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this 2026 Youth Month Savings Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is AmeriCU Credit Union, located at 4957 Commercial Drive, Yorkville, NY 13495 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to AmeriCU Credit Union Members who are legal residents of the State of New York and who are eighteen (18) years of age or younger as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period (“Eligible Youth Member”). Eligible Youth Members include individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and individuals under the age of eighteen (18) (“Minors”). References to Parent/Guardian requirements apply only to Minors.

Eligible Youth Members, who are Minors, must have permission of, and be entered by, their parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”). By submitting an entry on behalf of a Minor, the Parent/Guardian agrees to these Official Rules on behalf of the Minor and represents that they have the legal authority to do so. Any prize awarded to a Minor will be awarded to the Parent/Guardian for the benefit of the Minor.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and sweepstakes agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on May 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

There is one (1) way to enter during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry does not require a purchase, payment, account deposit, or account opening.

Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the online entry form available at americu.org/youth-month. A Parent/Guardian must submit an entry for any Minor.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per Eligible Youth Member during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple methods, identities, or accounts may result in disqualification.

6. Entry Deadline

All entries must be received by May 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries.

7. Prizes

One winner will receive one (1) Amazon Kids Fire Tablet. One winner will receive one (1) wireless Bluetooth speaker. One winner will receive one (1) MacBook Neo. Seven (7) winners will each receive four (4) tickets to a Syracuse Mets baseball game. If the winner is a Minor, the Parent/Guardian may be required to open or administer the membership on the Minor’s behalf. No cash equivalents, substitutions, or transfers of prizes are permitted, except if the stated prize is unavailable, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner (or Parent/Guardian, as applicable).

8. Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The approximate retail value of each prize ranges from $140 to $600. The total ARV of all prizes ranges from $1100 to $1500.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner of the Amazon Kids Fire Tablet, one (1) winner of the wireless Bluetooth speaker, and one (1) winner of the MacBook Neo will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 18, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

Two (2) winners of the tickets to a Syracuse Mets baseball game will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 3, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

Three (3) winners of the tickets to a Syracuse Mets baseball game will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 17, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

Two (2) winners of the tickets to a Syracuse Mets baseball game will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 24, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry.

11. Winner Response Deadline

If a potential winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

12. Prize Fulfillment

The Amazon Kids Fire Tablet, the wireless Bluetooth speaker, and the MacBook Neo will be mailed to the address provided by the winner (or Parent/Guardian, as applicable). If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.

Tickets to a Syracuse Mets baseball game must be picked up at NBT Bank Stadium by the winner (or Parent/Guardian, as applicable) at the Will-Call Window. If a prize is unclaimed, the winner may be disqualified.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation. For any Minor, Sponsor will obtain the Parent/Guardian’s prior written consent before using the Minor’s name, image, likeness, voice, or other identifying information.

14. Fair Play

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised.

15. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a stamped, self‑addressed envelope by June 30, 2026 to:

16. Liability

Neither Sponsor nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, or their respective employees shall have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

17. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and award prizes and will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.americu.org/privacy-policies/.

18. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law
