Credit Card Enhancements 

AmeriCU App Payments

• Make real-time credit card payments directly in Online & Mobile Banking by simply clicking ‘Pay’ on your AmeriCU Credit Card and doing a transfer of funds from your AmeriCU account. You can also set up recurring payment transfers.

Bill Pay

• If you have BillPay set up from an AmeriCU account, you need to set it up as an internal transfer instead.  Simply click the “Pay” button next to your credit card information to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payment transfers.
• If you have BillPay set up from an external account or are paying through another financial institution, you will need to update your credit card information with them using the mailing address. Otherwise, you will experience delays, and the payment may not be received.

Payments by Mail

• If you pay by mail, we have a new mailing address for payments. Any credit card payments mailed to the former PO Box will experience a delay in posting as they are rerouted to the new address and may be returned to you going forward. Please update the address for card payments sent by mail to:

Easier Online & Mobile Card Management

• Your credit card details, transactions, and balance will now appear alongside your other AmeriCU accounts in Online & Mobile Banking.

Enhanced Statements

Say hello to simpler, more consistent statements. Your credit card statements will now look just like the ones you already receive for your other AmeriCU accounts. 

• Remember, your statement preference will be the same across all AmeriCU accounts. You can update to eStatements at any time through Online & Mobile Banking.  

Real Time Payments

• You can now make real-time payments directly from this location with a simple transfer of funds or by setting up recurring payments. That means  faster access to your available credit when you need it most.
