No, Voice Banking will seamlessly replace AmeriCU’s former TeleLink service. If you dial the former TeleLink numbers for access, you will be redirected to Voice Banking.
Instead of dialing in your transaction request like the former TeleLink service, you’ll now be able to verbally announce the transaction you’d like to perform. You can say things like “transfer money” or “make a loan payment”.
All you need is the account number and PIN (or access code) to connect with any accounts associated with your social security number (SSN) or Tax ID.
