AmeriCU values the importance of giving back to the communities where we live and work, it is part of who we are. Credit unions were built on the belief of people helping people and at AmeriCU we are here to help support our community; the heart of the credit union mission. AmeriCU’s commitment to give, volunteer, and support local organizations inspires us to grow our efforts each year.
There is no better way to end the year than by giving back to our community. AmeriCU is proud to be part of the communities we serve, and to us, community means more than just having a financial center in town. It is about making personal connections with our members. In support of AmeriCU’s community involvement, a new initiative was created ‘A Personal Day of Meaning’ – a paid 8-hour day granted to each AmeriCU employee so that they can volunteer at a local charity of their choice. Charitable organizations that are in need of volunteers for events or activities in our community can submit a request to [email protected]. For any additional questions regarding your request please contact Andrea MacDiarmid at 315.356.3000 ext. 6279.

Your credit can have a big impact on your financial life. Credit scores and reports provide a snapshot of the financial habits that financial institutions, cell phone companies, credit card companies, and others use to get a sense of your creditworthiness.
