In Our Community

Local. Since 1950.

We’re local and proud to be part of the communities we serve. To us, community means more than just having a location in town. It means being part of something bigger than ourselves, it means giving back whenever and wherever we can, it means we love where we live just as much as you do, it means your success is our success. AmeriCU helps our members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success – and not just our members, our communities, too. In 2018 alone, we supported the following charities and causes:

Connecting With Students

At AmeriCU, we’re about more than just deposits and loans. We do everything with the best interest of our members in mind. After all, we exist to provide you the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success! And a big part of that is helping our members build a solid financial foundation – starting early! We offer financial literacy, student banking, and scholarship programs for our student members.

Financial Literacy

Financial Literacy

It’s important to start building a solid financial foundation early. That’s why AmeriCU partners with local schools to offer our Student Banking Program as well as many different financial literacy classes and resources. All free of charge! Learn more about student banking and financial literacy.

Scholarships

Scholarships

Every year, AmeriCU is proud to award up to ten $1,000 scholarships to members who are continuing their education. Scholarship recipients are chosen by AmeriCU members and honored at our Annual Meeting in March. Learn more about scholarships.
