2026 SAVINGS CHALLENGE BENTGO BOXES GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this 2026 Savings Challenge Bentgo Boxes Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is AmeriCU Credit Union, located at 4957 Commercial Drive, Yorkville, NY 13495 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., eighteen (18) years old or older as of the Sweepstakes start date.  Sponsor is a New York credit union; membership is not required to enter or win. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and sweepstakes agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 25, 2026 at 9:00:00 AM (ET) and ends on April 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Go to the Sweepstakes webpage on www.AmeriCu.org and fill out the AmeriCU Savings Challenge Week 6 Giveaway Entry – Fill out form during the Sweepstakes Period. All methods of entry are treated equally and provide an equal chance of winning. No method of entry requires a purchase, payment or membership.  Regardless of method of entry, all entries are subject to the same entry limits, verification procedures, and odds of winning.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per eligible participant during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple methods, identities, or accounts may result in disqualification.

6. Entry Deadline

All entries must be received by April 1, 2026, 11:59:59 PM (ET). Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries.

7. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Bentgo Lunch Box. No cash equivalents, substitutions, or transfers of prizes are permitted, except if the stated prize is unavailable, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The ARV or each prize is $60.  The total ARV is $300.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about April 4, 2026, but no later than ten (10) business days following the end of the Sweepstake Period, Sponsor or its designee will conduct a random drawing of five (5) winners from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry.

11. Winner Response Deadline

If a potential winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

12. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be mailed to the address provided by the winner.  If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting photos of winners on Sponsor’s social media sites. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

14. Fair Play

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised.

15. Winners List

16. Liability

Neither Sponsor nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, or their respective employees shall have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

17. Disclaimer

Winner acknowledges that Sponsor does not make, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

18. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and award prizes and will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.americu.org/privacy-policies/.

19. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

20. Internet and Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or corrupted entries; (ii) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connectivity, network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including a participant’s computer or mobile device, which may be related to or result from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of any Internet or Technical issues, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control which impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor may, in its discretion, select the winner(s) from among all eligible entries received prior to the affected action.
