Event Description:
The 8th Annual Chloe Calhoun Memorial Softball Game is a community event featuring a friendly competition between the Auburn Fire Department and Auburn Police Department. The game honors the memory of Chloe Calhoun, a 2016 Auburn High School graduate, varsity softball captain, scholar, and community member whose life was cut short by a drunk driver. The event brings together first responders, families, and community members to celebrate Chloe’s legacy while raising funds for the Chloe Calhoun Memorial Scholarship, which awards scholarships to graduating Auburn High School seniors. There will be a post-game concert and fireworks.

Intended Impact:
The event is designed to unite the Auburn community around a meaningful cause while honoring Chloe’s life and accomplishments. Funds raised support educational opportunities for local students through the memorial scholarship, helping to inspire future generations to pursue their academic and personal goals.
