**Annual Percentage Yields (APY) are current as of February 1, 2025 and the rate may change after the account is opened. Earn 7.00% APY on balances up to $10,000 and 0.15% to 7.00% APY on balances over $10,000 in your account by meeting the below three requirements:
1. Make 12 or more debit signature swipes per monthly statement cycle;
2. Be enrolled with eStatements;
3. Have a minimum $5,000 loan in good standing (not including credit cards or student loans. The rate is 6.00% APY without a qualifying loan.)
If you don’t meet the above requirements, you will earn 0.05% APY on balances up to $10,000, and 0.05% to 0.15% APY on balances over $10,000.
We pay dividends earned by your account at the end of each monthly billing cycle. This is a tiered account.
Our monthly statement cycle ends on the last day of each month and statements are generated on the first day of each month. There are no rollover transactions. There is no minimum balance required to open or maintain this account. There is no monthly fee. Fees could reduce earnings. There is a limit of three AmeriCU High Rate or Rewards Checking accounts allowed per member. Courtesy Pay is available to those who qualify.
