Certificate and Share-Secured Loans
Secured by funds in either your Share Certificate or Savings account (excluding IRAs, Monkey Markets, Share drafts, Escrow, or any shares secured for credit cards).
- Borrow 100% of your certificate’s principal balance at 3.00% above the dividend rate for the certificate, or
- Borrow 100% of your savings available balance at 4.00% above the dividend rate being paid on the share
- Continue to earn dividends on funds that are secured
- The amount of the loan cannot exceed the amount of the certificate
- The loan term must be equal to or less than the certificate term
